Shipping
Your order will be shipped with our partner shipping service Deutsche Post / DHL.
We process and ship orders during our main business hours. These are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Your order is ready for dispatch no later than two working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping is currently possible to all EU Member States, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping costs DE
Shipping costs for our jewelry and hair claw clips in size XXL articles: 4,90€.
Shipping costs for claw clips in all other sizes: 3,55€. If your order contains different product categories (such for example jewelry + hair styling accessories), the higher shipping price will be calculated (4,90€).
Free shipping for orders over 30,00€ .
Shipping costs AT and rest EU:
Shipping costs for deliveries to Austria and EU Member States amount to 8,00€. We send our packages with our partner Deutsche Post as "Warenpost International".
Free shipping for orders over 100,00€.
Shipping costs CH and LI
Shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein amount to 9,90€. We send our packages with our partner Deutsche Post as "Warenpost International". The buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Free shipping for orders over 100,00 €.
Delivery times
ATTENTION: DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONA CRISIS, DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES AND DELAYS MAY OCCUR.
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods are to be delivered in:
Germany: 1 - 5 working days.
Austria and rest EU: 2-6 working days
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2-4 working days. Please note any delays that may occur due to customs.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods may be sent in separate shipments, unless we have made a different agreement with you.
Attention: On special holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, the processing of your order can increase to up to 10 working days plus shipping if the volume is particularly high.

Shipment tracking
Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that you can use to track your delivery via DHL.
Terms of payment
Please note that the prices listed at the time of order apply. The product prices specified in the product description are final prices in euros (excluding any shipping costs which will be calculated "on top"). According to § 19 UStG no sales tax is charged in Germany and therefore not shown.
For customers from the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the shown product prices are final prices incl. VAT (excluding any shipping costs which will be calculated "on top").
Please note that different credit card companies may charge additional fees.
